Hi everyone, I'm planning a trip to the area next month and have found a lot of mixed reviews for the Treasure Island Hotel. I'm trying to decide if it's actually a good stay, or if I should look at something else nearby. Specifically, I'm curious about the breakfast options and the actual noise level in the rooms, as some reviews mention it's right near a busy street. Has anyone stayed there recently? Any insights on the value for money would be greatly appreciated before I commit to booking.

I stayed last month. The location is great, but prepare for noise. It's right on the main thoroughfare.

The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular. I found the pastries hit or miss, but the coffee was strong and reliable. For the price, it's acceptable.

Honestly, I think the hype is mostly marketing. The room itself is fine, but the service felt a bit impersonal. I recommend checking out the boutique hotel two blocks over instead.

Noise is real. If you're a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room on a higher floor or away from the street-facing side.

Value for money? I'd say it's okay, but not amazing. You get what you pay for, really. Book a comparison night somewhere else first.

Did you check their cancellation policy? Sometimes the perceived value is just about the flexibility of the booking.

The breakfast buffet is huge, which is good, but it's also overwhelming. It feels like a lot of food just to fill the space. Maybe skip the full buffet and just grab coffee and a pastry.

I agree with the noise concern. I was on the ground floor and it was unbearable during rush hour. Seriously consider booking a room with soundproofing measures.

It's fine. Don't expect luxury, but don't expect a bad time either. Just be prepared for the traffic noise.

For the money, the amenities are solid. The pool area is lovely, and the staff were helpful when we asked about local recommendations. It made the stay feel worthwhile.

I heard the same thing about the noise. We were on the 5th floor and it was noticeable, especially when the street vendors were setting up early. Wear earplugs, seriously.

The breakfast spread is surprisingly good! They have local specialties that I hadn't found anywhere else. It definitely elevated the start of our day.

If you are focused purely on quiet and relaxation, look elsewhere. This hotel is more about the 'experience' of the busy city, and that includes the noise.

I found the room quite small for the price point. I think you'd get more square footage and better amenities for just a little more money at a competitor hotel.

Definitely ask about the noise insulation when you call them. It makes a huge difference between a 'decent' stay and a 'terrible' stay.

Overall, it's a solid 3/5 stars. Good location, average breakfast, and noise is a definite drawback. Don't let the hype fool you.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us navigate the area. That personal touch really made the value shine through, even with the street noise.

Just book it if you prioritize the location over absolute silence. The central spot is hard to beat, even if the traffic is loud.

I'd recommend booking a package deal that includes breakfast and maybe an activity pass. That way, you get value on multiple fronts and don't just rely on the hotel's offerings.
