Hi everyone, I've been trying to access my Chumba account for the last two days, but I keep running into an error message. It just says 'Invalid credentials,' even though I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I have tried resetting my password multiple times, and I even cleared my browser cache and cookies, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I need to access my records urgently, so any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. Is there a specific support channel I should be contacting?

Did you check if Caps Lock is on? Simple, but it happens all the time.

I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out my account was temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts. You might need to wait 24 hours and try again. Also, try logging in via the desktop site instead of the mobile app.

Have you tried a different browser entirely? Like switching from Chrome to Firefox, just to rule out a browser-specific bug.

Reply to user 2: I agree with the temporary lock theory. Sometimes the system just needs a cool-down period. If waiting doesn't work, maybe the issue is on their end and you need to escalate it.

The support channel is usually through their official helpdesk portal, not a general email. Look for a 'Contact Support' link at the bottom of the login page. They are the only ones who can verify your credentials manually.

Check for special characters. Sometimes when you reset a password, the system generates a password that includes characters (like ! or ?) that your current keyboard layout doesn't easily support. Write it down somewhere else and type it carefully.

Reply to user 3: Yes, I did that. It didn't help at all. I suspect the username itself might be formatted incorrectly in the database, which is a backend issue.

Wait a minute. Are you sure you are using the correct domain name? Sometimes people confuse the main site with a partner portal. Double-check the URL in your browser bar very carefully.

Try accessing the site using a VPN. This can sometimes bypass geo-blocking or IP restrictions that might be triggering the 'invalid credentials' error without telling you why.

Reply to user 1: The Caps Lock tip is good, but I also found that sometimes the issue is related to cookies being *too* cleared. Try clearing only the cache, but leave the cookies alone for now. Just a thought.

I had this exact problem last year. It was a known bug with their authentication service. I ended up having to call their dedicated tech support line during business hours. It was a pain, but it got me back in.

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes password reset links get filtered out by email providers like Gmail or Outlook. It's a long shot, but worth checking.

If all else fails, try using a completely different device. If you are on a laptop, try a smartphone, and vice versa. This helps confirm if the issue is device-specific.

I recommend documenting every step you take. When you contact support, tell them: 'I cleared cache, I reset password, I tried three different browsers, and I am still getting invalid credentials.' The more detail, the faster they can solve it.
