I've been trying to use the Dr Slot app for a few days now, and I keep getting an error message when I try to log in, even after resetting my password multiple times. I'm using the latest version on my Android phone, and I've already cleared the cache and reinstalled the app. Has anyone else experienced this connectivity issue recently? I'm worried if the app is undergoing maintenance or if there's a known bug I should be aware of. Any advice on a workaround would be greatly appreciated!

Me too. It's been glitchy all week. I think they updated the server and it broke something.

Did you try using a different browser or maybe the web portal instead of the app? Sometimes the mobile app has specific connectivity issues that the desktop site avoids. I had to use the web version to book my appointment yesterday, and it worked flawlessly. It's worth checking just in case the problem is app-specific.

Short. Try restarting your router.

I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out it wasn't a bug, but a required update to the operating system (Android 13 or higher) that the app wasn't fully compatible with yet. You might need to wait for a patch. Keep an eye on their official social media channels for maintenance announcements.

Wait, did you check if your phone's date and time settings are correct? Sometimes authentication systems fail if the local time is off by even a few minutes. It sounds simple, but it fixes everything for me.

Replying to the previous post: I think the time setting is a good idea, but I also noticed that if I use my phone's hotspot instead of my carrier data, it logs me in immediately. Maybe the issue is with my specific carrier network connection to their servers.

Have you tried using a VPN? It sounds ridiculous, but sometimes the IP address they are seeing is flagged or blocked for some reason, and routing through a VPN can bypass that geographical or network restriction.

I'm using the latest version too. I also cleared my cookies on my browser, just in case the app is syncing with some old credentials stored elsewhere. It didn't help, but I figured it was worth a shot.

It's definitely not just me. My friend who lives in another state is complaining about the same thing. It feels like a widespread server overload, maybe because of flu season bookings ramping up. I'll wait until tomorrow morning.

I agree with the hotspot suggestion. I think it's a network issue, not an app issue. I'll try that tomorrow morning when I'm out and about.

Check your email spam folder too. Sometimes the password reset link gets filtered out and you never see the confirmation email, leading you to think the reset failed.

Seriously, try the web portal first. It's the most reliable way I've found to access my records when the app is acting up. It's much less buggy.

Has anyone found a specific work-around for the password reset loop? I keep resetting it, and it just says 'Credentials invalid' even though I know the new password is correct. It's maddening.

I called their customer service line. They told me it was a temporary backend maintenance issue and advised us to try again in 24 hours. They couldn't give a specific fix, just a timeline.
