I've been trying to use the Dr Slot app for a few days now, and I keep getting an error message when I try to log in, even after resetting my password multiple times. I'm using the latest version on my Android phone, and I've already cleared the cache and reinstalled the app. Has anyone else experienced this connectivity issue recently? I'm worried if the app is undergoing maintenance or if there's a known bug I should be aware of. Any advice on a workaround would be greatly appreciated!

Did you try using a different browser or maybe the web portal instead of the app? Sometimes the mobile app has specific connectivity issues that the desktop site avoids. I had to use the web version to book my appointment yesterday, and it worked flawlessly. It's worth checking just in case the problem is app-specific.

I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out it wasn't a bug, but a required update to the operating system (Android 13 or higher) that the app wasn't fully compatible with yet. Replying to the previous post: I think the time setting is a good idea, but I also noticed that if I use my phone's hotspot instead of my carrier data, it logs me in immediately. Maybe the issue is with my specific carrier network connection to their servers.
