I finally spent a day at the spa yesterday and wanted to share my feedback. I booked the full package including the sauna, steam room, and a deep tissue massage. The facilities themselves were absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing, definitely worth the ambiance alone. However, the massage therapist seemed a little rushed, and I felt like the treatment time was cut short. Has anyone else noticed that the spa feels a bit overpriced for the service quality? I'd love to hear if I'm being too critical or if others have had a better experience with specific services there.

I agree completely. The ambiance is top-tier, but the service doesn't always match the price tag. I felt my facial was barely a quick clean-up.

The steam room was incredible. Best part of the day. Definitely recommend that alone.

I had a great experience last month! My therapist, Marco, was fantastic and really took the time to listen to my pain points. Maybe you tried a different therapist?

Honestly, I found it to be worth the splurge. I booked the couples package, and the private lounge area made the whole day feel incredibly luxurious. Don't let one massage overshadow the whole experience!

Are you talking about the deep tissue massage specifically? Because I found the deep tissue to be perfect and very thorough. Maybe the therapist was having an off day?

Totally agree with the OP. It feels like you're paying for the marble and the pool, not the actual skilled service. I left feeling more disappointed than relaxed.

To the user who mentioned Marco: Was he expensive? I'm looking for recommendations for a therapist who is skilled but maybe a little more budget-friendly.

I think it's all about managing expectations. The facilities are amazing, yes, but you need to book services that truly require time, not just a quick rinse-off. I spent hours just lounging and reading, which was worth every penny.

I feel like the OP is being too critical. I had a wonderful time. The massage was professional and the facilities were immaculate. Give it another chance!

I found the sauna experience to be the highlight. It was perfectly timed and the temperature was just right. I would recommend booking the full circuit.
