I've been playing at Vlad Casino for a couple of months now, and generally, the platform is fine and the game selection is decent. However, I just tried to withdraw a moderate amount, and the process has been unusually slow. They initially said it would take 24-48 hours, but it's been much longer than that, and customer support is hard to reach. Has anyone else experienced delays with their payouts recently? I'm worried if this is a common issue or if I just need to wait a little longer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mine too. It's been five days and I haven't seen a dime.

I had a similar experience last month. They kept giving us different timelines. Honestly, I think the issue is with their payment processor, not necessarily the casino itself. I waited nearly a week for a small withdrawal, and the support staff were useless when I asked for an update. I ended up having to use a different platform because the stress of waiting was too much. Be prepared for delays, and maybe don't withdraw everything at once.

Check your withdrawal method details.

Seriously? I waited 4 days for a $50 withdrawal. This is unacceptable customer service. I tried contacting them via live chat and was kept in a loop of automated responses. It feels like they are actively discouraging players from withdrawing large sums. Has anyone found a better way to communicate with their finance department?

I agree with the OP. It's been 7 days for me. Has anyone else noticed that they only process withdrawals on specific days of the week? It seems highly suspicious.

Don't panic. Sometimes it's just bank processing time. Give it another 24 hours.

Reply to the previous post: I think the OP is right. It's not just bank processing. My friend used a different casino and had instant payouts. Vlad is definitely lagging behind the competition in this area. Maybe they are cutting corners somewhere.

Be careful. Use crypto withdrawals if possible. It seems to bypass some of the bank delays they are running into.

I think the issue is the volume of transactions. Maybe they are overloaded right now. Patience is key.

I'm going to try contacting them through a different channel. Sometimes email gets better responses than the in-game chat. Good luck everyone.

Reply to the previous post: I tried email and it took 3 days just to get an acknowledgement. I'm telling you, this delay is a pattern, not an anomaly. I've been burned by this before.

Withdrawals are always sketchy. Use a reputable site instead.

How much are we talking? My withdrawal was $300, and it took 6 days. It's definitely longer than the 48 hours they promised. I've seen other users complaining about the same thing, so I think it's a systemic issue.

I've found that if you make several small deposits, the withdrawal process seems to accelerate. It's a weird correlation, but it worked for me last time. Maybe try that?

Reply to the previous post: That sounds like a scam tactic. They are trying to keep you playing by making you feel like you need to deposit more to get your money out. Don't fall for it.

I'm sticking to smaller withdrawals for now. It's less stressful. Good luck everyone navigating this payout mess.
