I've been trying to log into my bet365 account using my UK details, but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are invalid. I've checked my email and I'm absolutely sure I'm using the correct username and password. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I tried the 'forgot password' link, but it seems like it's looping me back to the login page without any success. I'm worried my account might be locked out due to regional restrictions or something else. Any advice on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first. Sometimes the browser itself holds onto old session data, which can cause invalid credential errors even if you type the right info.

Have you tried logging in via a completely different device, like your phone's data connection instead of Wi-Fi? It might be a network-related block.

Don't panic about regional restrictions yet. Most login issues are simple technical glitches. Also, make sure your username isn't case-sensitive; sometimes people forget that.

Seriously, contact customer support directly. Don't rely only on the 'forgot password' link if it's looping. They can manually reset things for you and check if there are any active blocks on your account.

Did you check if there are any service outages reported for bet365 UK? Sometimes they do maintenance and temporarily lock accounts.

If all else fails, wait 24 hours. Sometimes the system just needs a cooldown period after too many failed attempts. Try logging in again tomorrow morning.

Also, check if you have any pending withdrawals or deposit limits that might have triggered a temporary security lock. Sometimes the system thinks something is suspicious.

I recommend calling them. Don't just use the chat function. Speaking to a live agent usually gets you a clearer picture of the actual error code they are seeing on their end.

I agree with the support call suggestion. When I called, they confirmed that my account was fine and that the issue was purely on my end with an outdated browser version. Always call them first.
