I've been trying to get into my Ojo account for the last two days, and I keep running into this weird error message. It just says 'Invalid credentials' even though I am absolutely sure I am using the correct email and password. I have tried resetting my password multiple times, and I even cleared my browser cache and cookies just in case that was the issue. Has anyone else experienced this specific login problem? Is there a backend issue with the site, or is there a specific step I need to take that I am overlooking? Any advice on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes the issue isn't the password, but the email address itself. Are you absolutely certain you are using the primary email associated with the account? Try logging in using a different browser entirely, like Edge or Firefox, just to rule out browser-specific conflicts.

I had this exact problem last month. It turned out the site had a temporary sync issue with their authentication server. My advice is to wait 24 hours and try again. If that fails, you need to contact Ojo support directly and ask them to manually verify your account status. When you talk to them, mention that you have already cleared your cache and reset your password multiple times. They might need to force a manual reset on their end, which is often the only solution when the error message is misleading. Also, ensure you are not using a VPN, as some corporate VPNs can flag your IP address and cause login failures. This is a frustrating process, but persistence helps.

It might be related to how your email provider handles authentication tokens. If you use Gmail or Outlook, sometimes the OAuth handshake fails, even if the password is correct. Try logging in via a standard, non-Gmail email client on your computer to see if the authentication flow works differently. If the problem persists across multiple email types and devices, then it is almost certainly a backend issue that only Ojo's technical team can resolve.

Reply to the user who suggested waiting 24 hours: While waiting is good, if you are using a corporate network or school Wi-Fi, the network firewall might be blocking the specific port Ojo uses for login. Try switching to a mobile hotspot instead. This bypasses the network restriction and tells us if the problem is local to your internet connection.

Be extremely careful about potential account locking. If you have attempted the password reset process too many times in a short period, the system might have automatically locked your account for security reasons. In this case, no amount of troubleshooting on your end will help. You must wait the specified cooldown period, or you must contact support and prove your identity through alternative means, like providing account creation details or billing information. Never assume the error message is the full story.
