I've been playing at Trustly for a few weeks now and I really enjoy the selection of games they offer. However, I'm getting nervous about the withdrawal process. My last withdrawal was delayed by almost a week, and customer service was hard to reach. Could someone here share their recent experiences with withdrawing money? I'm specifically interested in knowing if the payout process is generally reliable and how long it usually takes to see the funds hit my bank account. Any advice on maximizing my withdrawal speed would be greatly appreciated.

Mine was fast, like 3 days max. Just use a different payment method maybe?

I had a similar experience. The initial payout was fine, but getting the funds cleared by the bank took forever. It's not always the casino's fault, unfortunately. Be patient and keep checking your bank's transaction history.

Seriously, don't trust them with big sums. I waited over 10 days and then they asked for tons of verification documents. It was a nightmare.

I recommend sticking to crypto withdrawals if you can. It seemed much more reliable and faster than traditional bank transfers for me.

Did you try contacting them via live chat first? Sometimes that gets you a faster response than email, even if it's still frustrating.

Totally agree with the payment method suggestion. I used PayPal and it was delayed, but when I switched to a direct debit card withdrawal, it cleared in under 48 hours. It really made a difference.

It's all about the minimum withdrawal threshold. If you keep withdrawing small amounts, they might flag your account for extra security checks, which slows everything down.

I've heard from multiple sources that they often delay payouts when they are running a big promotion. It's a known pattern, unfortunately. Just plan for longer wait times.

Hey, I got mine in 5 days. It was okay. Maybe it depends on your bank's processing time too.

To piggyback on the payment method idea: I found that using a linked debit card that isn't directly tied to my primary checking account helped bypass some of the usual delays. It was a workaround, but it worked for me.

Be careful about the 'maximize speed' advice. Sometimes trying too hard to rush it can trigger fraud alerts, which is the opposite of what you want.

Long story short: it's hit or miss. Some people say it's instant, others say it takes weeks. I think the payout speed is highly variable and depends on external factors, not just the casino.

Customer service is useless. They just give you automated responses and tell you to wait. Just accept that the payout process is slow and plan accordingly.

I waited 7 days and then I had to submit proof of identity and proof of address again, even though I had done it last month. It's exhausting. Keep all your documents ready.

Don't get too attached to the casino. Treat it as entertainment and only withdraw what you are comfortable losing, okay? It's better for your peace of mind.

I think the issue is that they use a third-party payment processor, which adds layers of delay. It's not really Trustly's fault, but it's frustrating nonetheless. Just assume a minimum of 5-7 business days.
