I finally got a chance to check out Pastón Casino last weekend, and I wanted to share my full review with everyone. Honestly, the atmosphere was incredible; the decor and lighting really make it feel upscale. However, I found the slot machines a bit confusing to navigate, and the customer service at the main desk seemed understaffed during peak hours. The food options were decent, but definitely overpriced for what they offered. Overall, it's a solid spot for a night out, but they really need to improve the machine interface and staffing levels.

Totally agree about the staffing. Trying to get help at the main desk felt impossible when the place was busy. They need more hands.

Overpriced food is the worst. I ordered a cocktail and a small plate and it cost an arm and a leg. Stick to the buffet if you want to save some cash.

Did you try the high-limit tables? I found the staff there were much more attentive than the main desk. Maybe they staff those areas separately.

I found the slot machines confusing too. The interface was clunky and hard to read. I spent half my time just trying to figure out how the payout structure worked.

I disagree about the food being overpriced. The quality of the ingredients was high, and the presentation was excellent. It's worth the splurge for a special night.

I agree with you on the staffing. It was peak hour, but even then, waiting 20 minutes just to ask a simple question about a promotion is unacceptable. Management needs to address this.

Definitely check out the lounge area. It's quieter and has a much better view of the city lights. It's a nice alternative to the main casino floor.

I think the slot machines are fine. They are standard industry fare. You just have to know which ones pay out best. Don't let the interface fool you.

My friend went last week and said the valet parking service was phenomenal. Super efficient and professional. That was the best part of the night for them.

It's a good place for a date night, hands down. The ambiance alone makes it feel romantic and luxurious. Just be prepared to spend a little extra on drinks.

I found the food acceptable, but I recommend looking at the happy hour specials for appetizers. That's where you get the best bang for your buck.

Overall, it's a 7/10 experience for me. Great visuals, but the operational kinks (staffing, machines) really dragged the score down. Hope they improve.

Did anyone else notice that the restroom facilities were quite dated? It was a minor thing, but it detracts from the 'upscale' feel.
