Does 'Bonus Sans Depot' really mean no wagering requirements?

I saw an ad for a new site offering a 'bonus sans depot' and I'm really interested, but I'm confused about the fine print. Usually, these bonuses come with some kind of strict wagering requirement, even if they don't require an initial deposit. Can anyone who has used this specific type of bonus confirm if there are any hidden conditions or if the withdrawal process is straightforward? I want to make sure I understand the rules before I commit any funds. Any detailed advice would be greatly appreciated.

Be extremely skeptical. 'Sans depot' usually just means no initial deposit, not no wagering requirements. Always read the T&Cs thoroughly.

I used one last year. They let you play, but the wagering requirement was massive, like 30x the bonus amount. It's a grind.

Short answer: assume there are requirements. If it sounds too good to be true, it almost certainly has a catch. Check Reddit threads for recent user experiences.

My experience was decent, but only because I played low-risk slots. They made the bonus expire quickly if you didn't hit certain game types. It's not straightforward.

I think you need to ask them directly for the specific wagering terms in writing. Don't rely on the ad copy. Good luck!

This is a reply to the OP. Have you checked if the bonus is restricted to specific game providers? Sometimes they only count games from their partners, which is a major catch.

Totally agree with the previous poster. Always verify the game provider restriction. It's the most common hidden clause.

Don't waste your time on these. Just deposit a small amount and play with real money. It's safer and more transparent.

If they are reputable, they will list the wagering requirements right on the bonus page, not buried deep in a PDF. If it's hidden, it's probably bad.

I found one that claimed zero wagering, but after 3 weeks, the bonus funds were reduced to almost nothing. The 'zero' part was misleading marketing.

Is_reply: true. OP, when you say 'straightforward,' does that mean they allow withdrawals of cash, or just that the process is easy? Because sometimes the withdrawal is easy, but the funds are locked up forever.

Beware of 'rollover' requirements. Sometimes they require you to make a certain number of total bets, regardless of the bonus amount. It's a volume play, not a percentage play.

Seriously, treat any 'no wagering' claim like a myth. If they are offering it, they are trying to get you to play until you lose the bonus anyway.

I suggest looking for bonuses that require a small, refundable deposit instead. Those are usually much clearer and less predatory than the 'sans depot' type.

Yeah, and also check the time limit. Some bonuses expire if you don't meet the wagering requirement within a very short timeframe, which can be stressful and restrictive.
