I've been trying to use the intercasino mobile platform for a few weeks now, and I keep running into major glitches. Specifically, when I switch between the slot games and the live casino section, the app often freezes or crashes completely. It's really frustrating because I lose my session and sometimes my bet history seems corrupted. Has anyone found a reliable workaround for this, or maybe a specific version of the app that works better? I've already cleared my cache and reinstalled it, so I'm hoping this is a known bug that the developers can fix soon.

Ugh, seriously. This is happening to me too. The transition between sections is a nightmare.

Have you checked if your operating system is fully updated? Sometimes these apps are built for a specific OS version, and an outdated phone can cause massive instability. I was running an older version of Android and the freezing stopped immediately after updating.

I've been using the app for two weeks and the crashes are constant. It's not just switching sections either; sometimes just leaving the slot game screen for a moment and coming back causes a total freeze. I suspect it might be a memory leak on their end. I even tried switching to a different Wi-Fi network, but the problem persisted, which makes me think the issue is definitely server-side or related to the app's code structure. It's incredibly frustrating because I lose my progress and sometimes I have to restart my entire session, which is a huge waste of time and money.

What device are you using?

Honestly, I stopped using the mobile app entirely. I find that logging in via a desktop browser and then accessing the mobile version through the browser interface is much more stable. At least I don't have to worry about the app crashing mid-bet.

I think you are overthinking the device side of this. My friend had the exact same issue, and after clearing the cache and reinstalling, he found that the issue only occurred if he was using a VPN. He disabled the VPN entirely, and the stability immediately returned to normal. It's almost certainly a conflict with the network security protocols.

Totally agree. It's unacceptable.

I found a weird workaround. Instead of switching directly, I open the live casino section, wait about 10 seconds, and then navigate back to the slots. It forces a slightly different connection handshake, and it seems to prevent the immediate crash 80% of the time. It's a hack, but it works for me.

This is a major issue that needs immediate attention from the developers. Losing bet history is not just an annoyance; it's a serious data integrity problem. If they can't ensure basic session stability across different game types, they need to overhaul their mobile platform entirely. We are paying for a premium experience, and this constant crashing makes the whole platform feel unreliable and poorly tested. Please, can someone escalate this complaint to customer support?

I recommend opening a direct ticket with Intercasino support, mentioning the specific glitches (switching between slots/live casino) and the steps you have already taken (cleared cache, reinstalled). Sometimes, a direct ticket gets routed to a technical team that can provide a specific patch or workaround that isn't publicly known.
