I've been playing this game for a while, and I've noticed that the 'bonus collector' feature really pays off if you stick to one area. I've been considering a full doubledown on the crafting track because my initial runs showed massive returns, but I'm worried about overcommitting my limited resources. Has anyone successfully used the bonus collector mechanic to pivot between different tracks? I'm looking for advice on whether my current strategy is sustainable or if I should diversify my efforts before the next patch update.

Stick with crafting. The returns are too good right now.

I think you should diversify. Relying on one track is risky, especially with potential patch changes. Try allocating 40% to crafting, 30% to gathering, and 30% to combat training. It spreads the risk while still letting you capitalize on the bonus collector.

Totally agree. Overcommitting is how you lose the game.

Has anyone figured out if the bonus collector bonus diminishes if you switch tracks too quickly? I'm worried my initial massive returns might be misleading me into a bad long-term strategy. I've seen people complain about 'diminishing returns' when they pivot.

Short answer: Yes, double down. The current crafting multiplier is insane. Just manage your resource caps carefully.

To the user who asked about diminishing returns: I tested this last week. It seems the bonus collector mechanic rewards consistent activity within a track, not just the initial burst. You need sustained engagement to keep the bonus high. Don't switch too often.

I'm going to try a hybrid approach. I'll use the bonus collector to boost my crafting materials, but I'll dedicate 20% of my time to farming rare components needed for the other tracks. It's a balance act.

You need to monitor the patch notes closely. If they adjust the resource decay rate, your whole strategy could collapse. Don't bet the farm until the developers confirm the sustainability of the current bonus structure.

Reply to the user who mentioned resource decay: Exactly! And remember that the bonus collector also affects your XP gain in that track, not just the material output. That's a huge secondary benefit you might be overlooking when you only focus on crafting returns.

Just play it smart. Don't spend all your resources on one thing. Save a buffer for emergencies or when a new, unexpected opportunity pops up.

I found success pivoting! I started with crafting, hit a resource wall, and then used the bonus collector's overflow to boost my gathering track instead. It felt like a massive cooldown, but it worked out perfectly. Try it!

Crafting is king. Period. Ignore the other tracks for now. Focus 100% on maximizing that crafting output before the next patch hits.

Are you considering the long-term cost? If you double down now, and the meta shifts next week, you might be left with massive stockpiles of materials for a track that is suddenly irrelevant. Diversification is key for longevity.

I think the risk of overcommitting outweighs the reward. Focus on mastering the *mechanic* of the bonus collector itself, rather than just the output of one track. See if you can find a synergistic loop between two tracks.

The best advice I got was to treat the bonus collector as a temporary boost, not a permanent foundation. Use it to build a strong initial cushion, then spread out your efforts to prepare for the inevitable changes.
