I'm struggling to keep my income steady lately, and I feel like the usual methods are getting too grindy. I've tried everything from the Fleeca Job to running errands for the Agency, but the returns don't seem to match the time investment. Has anyone found a reliable, semi-automated source of cash flow that isn't just buying up property? I'm looking for something that requires some initial setup but pays out consistently without me having to be actively driving for four hours straight. Any tips on profitable businesses or repeatable missions would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Bunker. It's surprisingly passive once you've set up the initial storage and bought the right vehicle.

Honestly, the Nightclub remains the king. Once you've invested in the showtime and the high-end equipment, the passive income from the gigs is massive and semi-automated.

Vehicle cargo is the best. Buy a high-capacity trailer and just run it between the major hubs. Low effort, high return.

I think you need to focus on the specialized Agency jobs. They pay better than the standard errands, and the initial setup cost is manageable.

You should look into the illicit businesses. Buying a high-tier drug operation and automating the supply chain is a solid, long-term investment.

Nah, the Bunker is too much hassle. You spend more time defending it than making money.

I disagree about the Nightclub. The competition is fierce, and if you don't constantly upgrade, you'll get steamrolled by the top players.

Have you considered the interaction between the Agency and the FIB? Sometimes combining those missions can unlock huge payout multipliers. It's a niche strategy, but it works.

The best method is really just doing the heist prep missions for the big score. You can run those missions in groups and the payout is always worth the time.

Short-term cash? Try the specialized combat missions. They are quick, require minimal setup, and pay out fast enough to keep you going.

Why are you dismissing the Bunker? If you secure the area and run the weekly maintenance, the passive income from the goods is reliable enough to cover your bills.

I think the problem isn't the job, it's the vehicle. Invest in a high-speed, armored transport truck. It changes everything.

The Nightclub is fine, but only if you focus on the high-end, exotic equipment upgrades. Don't waste money on basic stuff.

My advice is to stick to the repeatable missions that involve resource gathering, like the ones in Paleto. They are low-stress and the payout is consistent.

You need a solid crew. Solo grinding is inefficient. Group activities amplify the payout exponentially.

I found a loophole with the specialized getaway vehicles. If you pair a fast car with a heavy cargo trailer, the payout multiplier is insane. Check YouTube for guides.

The Agency missions are great, but they are often tied to specific story progression. It's not always consistent unless you are constantly playing the main story.

Forget the jobs. Buy a small island and set up a resource extraction operation. It requires initial investment but the upkeep is minimal and the profit margin is huge.

The best method is to diversify. Don't put all your money into one venture. Balance a business with a reliable vehicle cargo route.

Honestly, just buy the property and rent it out. It's the most hands-off way to make money, even if the initial setup is expensive.
