I've been trying to access my Casumo account for the past hour, but I keep running into an error message. I've checked my email multiple times to make sure I'm using the correct credentials, and I even tried the 'forgot password' link, but that didn't seem to resolve the issue either. Has anyone else experienced login problems recently? I'm worried if there's a temporary system outage or if I'm missing a simple step. Any advice on what I should try next would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often fixes weird login glitches.

It might be a temporary system maintenance. Check their official social media channels or status page first thing.

I had this exact problem last week. They confirmed it was a server-side issue, not user error. Just wait an hour or two and try again.

Double-check that you are using the correct domain name. Sometimes people accidentally use a mirror site or an outdated URL.

Are you logging in via the mobile app or the desktop site? Sometimes the issue is specific to one platform. I recommend trying the other one.

Short. Try a different browser.

I remember when I first had trouble. It wasn't my credentials. I accidentally used an old username format that they had phased out. You might need to contact support directly and ask them to verify your account details manually.

Did you check if your account has any pending verification steps? Sometimes after a password reset, they require a secondary email confirmation that gets missed.

I think you should contact Casumo support directly. They are the only ones who can see what the specific error code means. Don't rely on forum guesses.

Reply to this: Have you tried using Incognito/Private browsing mode? It bypasses stored cookies and extensions which can sometimes interfere with login forms.

I agree with the suggestion about clearing the cache. It's the most common fix for these types of persistent login errors.

Long post: I went through this exact sequence of problems last month. I was convinced it was my password, so I reset it three times. Nothing worked. Finally, I realized that I was trying to log in with my email address, but the system was expecting my unique Casumo user ID instead. I had to call their customer service line and they walked me through the exact format needed. It was incredibly frustrating, but calling them saved me hours of guesswork. Make sure you know exactly what identifier they require.

Check your spam folder for the password reset email. Seriously.

It could be related to your IP address. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily and logging in from your usual connection point.

Are you sure the error message isn't vague? Sometimes 'Login Failed' means something very specific, like an account suspension or a geographical restriction. Look closely at the text.

I think the issue might be with your account status. Maybe there's a payment or verification step that needs completing before you can log back in fully. Check your registered email for any alerts.

Reply to the user: Did you try logging in using a completely different device, like a friend's laptop, just to rule out a local machine issue?

It's almost certainly a temporary glitch. Give it a few hours and try again. Don't stress too much about it.

Don't forget to check for caps lock. Simple, but people forget it when they are frustrated.

I had to use the 'contact us' form instead of the password reset link. Sometimes the form submission goes to a different queue that handles these specific login issues better. Try that route.
