I spent an afternoon at the Holland Casino last weekend, and I wanted to share my feedback with others who might be planning a trip. The new layout is definitely much more spacious than I remember, which was a huge plus point for navigating the different gaming areas. I spent most of my time at the slot machines, and the variety of games was impressive, though the payout structure on the newer machines felt a little random. The staff were generally friendly, but I did find the customer service desk a bit understaffed during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid experience, but maybe they need to improve the efficiency of the cash-out process.

I agree about the space! It made a huge difference compared to the old, cramped feeling. Definitely worth a visit just for the walkability.

Totally agree on the staff. They were friendly, but the sheer volume of people meant waiting forever for help at the desk. Needs more hands!

What time did you go? I went mid-afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. Maybe the peak hours are different than what you experienced.

The layout is fine, but the lighting in the main corridor was really dim. It made everything feel a bit gloomy, even if it was spacious.

I found the cash-out process smooth enough for me. It took maybe five minutes, which I think is pretty efficient considering how busy it was.

I spent most of my time playing poker in a different section. The tables were excellent, and the dealers were highly professional. It was a much better experience than the slots.

I disagree about the layout being spacious. While it is bigger, it feels very confusing to navigate. I kept getting lost trying to find the restroom.

Overall, solid experience is accurate. But I think the music volume was too loud throughout the whole casino. It was hard to hear conversations.

Just to piggyback on the staff point - they were polite, but the training needs work. A few people seemed completely unsure where certain services were located.
