I just downloaded the Stanleybet application yesterday, but every time I try to log in, it gives me an error message saying my credentials are incorrect. I am absolutely sure I am using the right username and password that I registered with. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? I've already tried reinstalling the app and clearing my cache, but nothing seems to work. Is there a specific troubleshooting step I should be following, or is there a known server issue with the platform right now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated so I can start using it.

Did you check if Caps Lock is accidentally turned on? That's the most common mistake and it's easy to overlook.

I had this exact problem last month. It turned out my account was temporarily locked because I tried logging in too many times in a short period. You might need to wait 24 hours. Also, try logging in via the official website on a desktop browser first, just to confirm your credentials work outside the app environment. If that works, the issue is definitely localized to the app itself. If neither works, you absolutely need to contact Stanleybet support directly and ask them to manually verify your account status. They can see if there's a flag or a pending verification step that is preventing access. Sometimes, the error message is misleading and the real problem is an account status issue, not a password mismatch. This process can take a few hours, so be patient.

Try logging in using the email address you used for registration, not just a potential username. Sometimes the app defaults to a different identifier.

I think it's a server issue. I was logging in yesterday and it was fine, but today it's giving me the same error. Maybe they are doing maintenance? Check their official Twitter or status page for any announcements.

Clear your phone's operating system cache, not just the app cache. Sometimes residual data from other apps can interfere with secure logins. It's a deeper clean.

If you are using a VPN, please disable it temporarily. Sometimes the platform flags the IP address as suspicious, even if you are legitimate. Try connecting with your standard home internet connection. If that resolves it, you may need to whitelist your IP address with support.

Honestly, don't waste too much time troubleshooting. Just take a screenshot of the error message and email it to their customer service team. They are the only ones who can see the backend logs and tell you exactly why the credentials are being rejected.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. I was traveling and it was definitely the IP address. It took me calling support and confirming my physical location to get access again. It's annoying but necessary.

Be careful. Don't trust any random fix posted here that asks for your password or personal details. Only use the official support channels.

If the app continues to fail, just use the mobile web browser version (Chrome or Safari) to access the site. It bypasses the app's internal login mechanisms and often works when the app is having issues.
