I spent an afternoon at Casino William last weekend, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was quite good, but I noticed a few things that could be improved. The new layout is definitely more modern, but navigating between the slot machines and the table games felt a little confusing at first. The staff were friendly, though I found the wait time for the high-stakes poker room to be excessive. Has anyone else noticed the same thing, or maybe had a better experience with the customer service? I'd love to hear if anyone has tips for maximizing their time there.

I agree about the navigation. It took me forever to find the Baccarat section last time. They really need clearer signage.

The staff were great, honestly. I had a table game issue and the manager fixed it immediately. Don't worry about the service, it's usually top-notch.

Wait times are brutal. I waited almost 45 minutes just to sit down at a standard poker table. Seriously frustrating experience.

Long post, but I think the layout is actually fine once you get your bearings. I found a little shortcut through the service corridor that saved me a lot of walking.

Totally agree with you on the wait times. Maybe they should implement a digital queue system for the high-stakes rooms? That would solve half the problem.

Short and sweet: Good vibe, confusing flow.

I found that going early afternoon is best. The crowd is manageable, and the staff seem less rushed. I spent hours on the slots and didn't feel overwhelmed by the new design.

I think the confusion is because they tried to cram too many different types of games into one open space. It's a design flaw, not a user error. I recommend sticking to one zone.

Reply to the previous post: Yes! I had a terrible time with the service. My card was declined twice and they kept blaming the machine, not their system. Very poor experience overall.

Tip: Try the lounge area near the entrance for a break. It has comfortable seating and decent coffee. It's a good spot to recharge between table games.

I usually go with friends and we stick to one corner of the casino. It's much less stressful than trying to jump between everything. Just stick to the table games, they are worth the wait.

I found the high-stakes poker room wait time manageable if you book a reservation in advance. Don't just walk up expecting immediate service. Call ahead!
