I'm trying to get into the online bingo for the upcoming gala, but I keep running into login issues. I've checked my password multiple times and I'm sure I'm using the correct credentials. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I'm worried that maybe the login system is undergoing maintenance or there's a specific step I'm missing. Check if your account is linked to an email that has been deactivated. Sometimes that causes login failure.

I had the exact same problem last week. It turned out I was using an old password saved in my browser's autofill. I reset it and was good to go. Try clearing your cache and cookies!

Did you try the mobile app instead of the website? Sometimes the portal has bugs that are fixed in the dedicated app.

I agree with the cache advice. I cleared everything and it worked immediately. It was definitely a local browser issue, not the portal itself.

The login portal is definitely undergoing maintenance until 10 AM EST. They posted a notice on their Twitter account, so check there for updates. Don't worry, it should be fixed soon.

Wait, I saw a thread saying the issue was related to VPN usage. If you're using one, try disabling it and logging in from your regular connection.

It's not maintenance. I tried a different browser (Edge instead of Chrome) and it logged me in instantly. Browser compatibility is a huge issue sometimes.

Don't panic. If you can't log in, try using the 'Forgot Password' link repeatedly. Sometimes that forces the system to re-validate your account credentials and clear up the glitch.
