I spent a week at Zuri Resort last month and wanted to share my detailed feedback with anyone planning a trip. The location itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the beach access was perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean, though the air conditioning unit seemed a bit noisy at night. Service-wise, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the restaurant team. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be expanding the kids' activity area; it felt a little limited for older children. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway and I highly recommend it, but maybe book a room away from the main service building for better quiet time.

The location really is stunning. We spent a day just exploring the nearby town, which was a nice change of pace from the resort itself.

Totally agree about the kids' area. My two kids are approaching middle school, and they needed more structured activities than what was available. It's a shame because the rest of the resort is amazing.

We stayed last fall and the service was impeccable. The restaurant staff were phenomenal, especially the one who helped us with dietary restrictions. Definitely book it!

How was the snorkeling? We were hoping to spend most of our time in the ocean, and I'm not sure if the reef is still healthy.

I think the kids' area is fine if you bring some portable games. My 10-year-old was happy enough with just a frisbee and some colored pencils near the beach. It's not the only option!

We had a great time, but I found the beach access to be quite crowded during peak hours. Maybe going early morning is the way to go.

The food was great, but I found the breakfast buffet a little overpriced for what was offered. Maybe stick to the à la carte options.

I disagree about the kids' area. For younger children, the supervised crafts and pool games were perfect. It's really geared towards the 5-10 age group, which is fine for us.

Just a heads up for future travelers: the resort shuttle service can be unreliable during the rainy season. Plan on walking more than expected.

I'm glad you mentioned the noise. We were worried about that. We stayed in a corner unit and it was surprisingly quiet, so maybe it depends on which wing you get.
