I've been trying to log into my Bovada account for the past hour, and it keeps giving me an error message saying my credentials are wrong. I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password, and I've tried resetting it twice already. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently? I'm worried if there's a server problem or if I've forgotten something simple. Any advice on what steps I should take before contacting support would be greatly appreciated.

Before anything else, double-check that Caps Lock isn't accidentally turned on. It's the most common, and stupidest, mistake.

I had this exact issue last month. My credentials were correct, but the site wouldn't recognize them. I finally figured out that my browser's cookies were corrupted. Try clearing your cache and cookies entirely, then restart your browser and try logging in again. This usually fixes it.

If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing Bovada from a completely different device, like your phone using cellular data (not your home Wi-Fi). Sometimes the issue is tied to your specific IP address or network settings. If it works on the phone, the problem is definitely with your home router or network.

Hang in there. It's usually just a temporary glitch.

Did you check if you are using the correct domain? Sometimes people accidentally land on a mirror site or an outdated URL. Also, check your spam folder for any recent password reset confirmations, just in case you missed a crucial link or code.

Here is a full troubleshooting flow: 1. Check Caps Lock. 2. Clear cache/cookies. 3. Try a different browser (e.g., if you use Chrome, try Firefox). 4. Try a different network (mobile data). 5. If all else fails, wait 30 minutes and try again. Sometimes they run maintenance cycles.

Definitely clear the cookies. That fixed it for me last week.

Has anyone checked down if there are any widespread server outages reported? Sometimes the site itself is having trouble, and nothing we can do on our end will help until they fix it. Check social media for status updates.

Be very careful about who you give your details to. If you are getting an error, ensure you are on the official Bovada site and not a phishing attempt. Never use a third-party login tool or service to 'fix' your account, as that could compromise your security even if it seems helpful.

When you say 'resetting it twice,' do you mean you used the 'Forgot Password' link, or did you call support and have them reset it for you?

I think you should try using the 'Forgot Username' feature if you haven't already. Sometimes the system locks you out of your username even if your password is fine. If that doesn't work, try contacting them via live chat first, as it's often faster than email support.

Just wait an hour and try again. It usually resolves itself.

If the automated reset fails, it usually means there is a flag on your account, possibly due to too many failed attempts in a short period. In that case, you must use the official support phone line and speak to a human agent. Do not rely solely on the website forms.
