Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on bitkingz but I keep running into an error message right after entering my credentials. I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it didn't help, and I'm worried my account might be locked. Has anyone else experienced this issue since the platform updated last week? I'm using a desktop browser and I've tried clearing my cache, but nothing seems to work. Any advice on how to get my login sorted out would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try a different browser entirely? Sometimes Chrome conflicts with the new security protocols they rolled out.

Mine too. It's driving me crazy. I think they changed the API endpoint and haven't updated the front end properly.

I think it's a geo-restriction issue. Are you logging in from the same physical location you were last week?

I agree with the VPN suggestion. I used a different server location and it worked instantly. It was definitely the IP address.

I'm using Firefox and it's working fine for me. Maybe the issue is specific to desktop browsers in general, not just Chrome.

The support team needs to be contacted via phone, not chat. They were much more helpful and realized it was a server-side bug related to the new update.

To reply to the user who mentioned the 'System Error 500': Yes, that error is definitely server-side. You need to report that specific code to support, don't just tell them 'it's broken'.
