I've been trying to deposit funds to my bwin account using the SH payment gateway for the last week, but I keep running into an error message. It says the transaction is pending but never completes, and I've checked my bank statement multiple times. I remember using this method successfully a few months ago, so I'm wondering if there have been any recent changes to the deposit limits or if the gateway itself is experiencing technical issues. Has anyone else had trouble with the SH deposits recently, or does anyone know a reliable alternative method I could use in the meantime? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same issue last week. It seems like bwin is having server problems with that gateway right now. Try waiting 24 hours.

Check your bank's side. Sometimes the delay is on their end, not bwin's. Give it a day or two before panicking.

I think the limits might have changed. I heard from a friend who used a different method and said they increased the minimum deposit amount significantly. You should try using a standard international card if possible.

Just use Skrill or Neteller. They are reliable alternatives and bypass the SH gateway entirely. It's much faster.

Long post: I went through this last month, and it was definitely a technical glitch. The support team told me they were implementing a new security protocol for all third-party gateways, which caused temporary transaction failures. I recommend contacting bwin support directly and asking for a ticket number for the technical issue, rather than just asking about limits. They usually have a workaround or can manually check the status of your pending deposit. Also, make sure you are using the official bwin site and not a mirror site, as those often cause payment processing errors.

Did you check if the gateway requires a specific time window for deposits? Sometimes they only process transactions during local business hours.

I agree with the long post. Support is key. Don't just wait, ask them what the specific error code means.

Has anyone found a reliable alternative besides Skrill? I'm based in a region where those methods are sometimes restricted.

My experience was different. I deposited 100 USD last week, and it cleared instantly. Maybe the issue is specific to your account or bank.

Short and sweet: Try a different browser.

Reply to the short post: Yes, I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. The error persisted every time. It's definitely a gateway issue, not my device.

I found that depositing through a local agent who handles the payment manually worked perfectly for me. It was a bit more effort, but it bypassed the online gateway errors completely. Ask around in local betting groups.

The limits are fine. It's probably just a maintenance window. Try again tomorrow morning.

If you are depositing from a corporate account, sometimes the bank flags it as suspicious activity, causing the pending status. Talk to your bank manager about it.

I'd recommend PayPal if you have it enabled. It's usually seamless and much less prone to the kind of pending errors you are describing. It was my go-to when SH was glitching.
