I'm trying to access my account on the Chumba booking system, but I keep getting an error message after entering my credentials. It says 'Invalid login details,' even though I'm absolutely sure I'm using the correct username and password. I've already tried resetting the password twice, and I've cleared my browser cache, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this specific sign-in issue recently? I need to confirm my reservation details today, so any guidance on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Try using an incognito window. Sometimes browser extensions interfere with the login script.

Did you check if your password might be case sensitive? Even if you think it's right, a single capital letter difference will throw an error.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the Chumba system was undergoing maintenance and temporarily restricting logins from certain IP ranges. You really need to call their dedicated support line directly if you need immediate confirmation.

Check Caps Lock. Seriously.

I used Safari and it worked instantly. I was using Chrome before. Maybe it's a browser compatibility issue with the portal's backend. Try switching browsers entirely.

Have you tried logging in via the mobile app instead of the website? Sometimes the portal has separate login endpoints for different devices.

If clearing cache didn't work, try clearing cookies specifically, as sometimes old session cookies conflict with new logins. It's a deeper clean than just clearing the cache.

I'm getting the same error. I'm using a VPN, so I disabled it and tried logging in from my home network. That fixed it for me. VPNs often trigger security flags.

Are you absolutely sure the username format hasn't changed? Sometimes they switch from email addresses to customer IDs, and the login screen doesn't update the instructions.

Why do you think it's happening? I have a different experience. Mine was fixed simply by waiting 24 hours and trying again. Sometimes the system just needs a refresh cycle.

Please confirm if you are logging in using the email address associated with the booking, or if there is a separate user ID you should be using.

The support team told me that if the error persists after cache clearing, they might need to manually verify your booking details on their end and send you a temporary login link via email. Don't rely solely on the portal.

Did you try resetting the password using a completely different device, like a friend's computer, just to rule out a device-specific setting or network restriction?

If the error message is generic, it could be a server-side issue, not yours. Posting about it here helps others know that the portal might be down for maintenance.

I recommend taking a screenshot of the exact error message and sending it to their support email. Generic messages are unhelpful, but specific error codes are gold.

I had this issue last week. The solution was to use the 'Forgot Username' link first, even if you think you know it. Sometimes that process forces a system update that clears the error.

Wait, are you sure you aren't accidentally using a booking code or confirmation number as your username? They are different fields.

I'm going to call them. It's the safest bet when troubleshooting digital access issues. Don't waste too much time on forum suggestions if you need confirmation today.

Sometimes the issue is related to your geographical location or time zone settings on your computer, which can confuse the booking system's validation process.

If all else fails, try accessing the portal using a basic text-only browser mode. This strips away all the fancy scripts and might bypass the specific code causing the error.
