Hi everyone, I'm trying to log into my Unibet account today, but I keep getting an error message even though I'm sure my details are correct. I've tried using both the desktop site and the mobile app, and the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently, especially for UK users? I've already reset my password twice, so I'm not sure if it's a system glitch or if I'm doing something wrong. Any advice on what I should check or if there's a specific troubleshooting step I should take would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried a different browser entirely? Sometimes the specific browser settings can cause conflicts, even if you think everything is fine. Chrome, Firefox, Safari - test them all out.

This is super frustrating. I had this exact issue last month. My main tip is to clear your browser's cache and cookies completely. Don't just clear history; make sure the site data is wiped for Unibet. Then, try logging in again. It usually forces a fresh connection that resolves the glitch.

If the basic troubleshooting steps fail, the problem is almost certainly on their end, or related to your IP address. Have you checked if your network or VPN is causing a geo-blocking issue? If you are using a VPN, try disconnecting from it entirely and logging in using your standard home internet connection. If that fails, you must contact Unibet support directly via phone or live chat. Do not rely solely on the automated reset functions, as they might not see the underlying system error.

I suspect it might be a two-factor authentication hiccup. Sometimes the system flags a login attempt as suspicious, even if it's you. Try waiting a few hours and attempting the login again. If you are using a phone number, ensure the carrier hasn't temporarily blocked SMS verification codes for security reasons.

I agree about the cache. But also try using incognito mode. That bypasses all saved cookies and extensions, which is a cleaner test than just clearing the whole cache. If it works in incognito, you know for sure it's an extension conflict.

If you've reset your password twice and it still fails, you need to assume the account itself is temporarily locked for security reasons. Sometimes, multiple failed attempts, even if you think they are correct, can trigger an automatic lock. The only way to lift that lock is to speak to a human representative. Gather your account details, ID, and proof of address before you call them, just in case they ask for verification.

Live chat is your best bet. Don't waste time emailing; they can check the backend status of your account instantly.

I recommend using a completely different device, like a friend's phone or a tablet, just to rule out any device-specific software conflict. Sometimes the issue isn't the website or the account, but the operating system on your primary device.

Yes, speaking to support is definitely the next step. They can see the specific error code that the system is generating, which is much more helpful than just guessing at the cause. Make sure you document the exact error message you receive.

Could it be related to payment methods? Sometimes if there's a mismatch between the details used for logging in and the details on file for deposits, the system throws a generic login error. Check your linked payment profile.

Okay, let's summarize the troubleshooting flow. First, clear cache and try incognito. Second, check IP/VPN status. Third, if those fail, contact support with all your details ready. If they say everything is fine, ask them what *they* see as the problem on their end. Don't accept vague answers. Be persistent.

Restart your router and modem. Seriously. It sounds basic, but sometimes the connection itself needs a refresh to talk properly to the betting site's servers.

That's a solid summary. I would add that if they are unable to help you over chat, ask for an alternative contact method, like a direct support email address, so you have a paper trail of the issue.
