Having trouble accessing my VIP benefits after the latest login update?

I've been a member for years and was supposed to receive some special VIP perks this month. However, whenever I try to log in, I get a generic error message that doesn't mention my status or account level. I checked the support page, but it just gives general troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the lucky vip casino login recently? I'm worried I've been accidentally logged out of my premium account. Any advice on who I should contact to verify my current VIP standing would be greatly appreciated.
