Regarding the bonus confusion, I had the exact same issue. They sent the free spins credit, but I couldn't figure out which specific slot machine they applied to. Maybe they need clearer instructions on the bonus redemption page.

I think the payout rates are decent, but the minimum bet amounts are a bit high for casual play. It makes it hard to really test out all the new machines without spending a lot of money.

I'm glad someone else mentioned the bonus confusion. I spent 20 minutes just trying to find the redemption button. It was buried deep in the account settings. It's not intuitive at all.
