I've been trying to use the bwin live casino app for a couple of weeks now, and I keep running into some frustrating technical issues. Specifically, the connection seems to drop frequently when I'm playing high-stakes table games, and the video feed often lags significantly. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app multiple times, but nothing seems to fix the stability problem. Has anyone found a workaround for this, or is this just a known bug with the current version? I'd really appreciate any advice on whether I should switch back to the browser version instead.

Seriously, I feel you. The connection drops are brutal, especially during a big hand.

Have you checked if your Android operating system is fully updated? Sometimes these apps require the latest OS patch to maintain stable video streaming. Also, try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if the issue is network specific.

I noticed the lag is worst when I'm playing Baccarat, specifically when the dealer is dealing the cards. It's not consistent, but it happens almost every evening around 8 PM local time. I suspect it might be a server overload issue on their end, rather than just a client-side app bug. I've even tried different time zones on my phone to rule that out, but the problem persists. It's incredibly frustrating because I really enjoy playing the live tables, and the poor quality experience makes it feel like I'm watching a stream from dial-up internet. I spent hours troubleshooting, and it's exhausting to feel like the technology is actively working against the gameplay.

Just try clearing the system cache for the entire bwin app, not just the app cache. Sometimes the deeper system data gets corrupted.

You said the lag is specific to Baccarat? I had the exact same issue with the Roulette table last week. Maybe the problem isn't the app itself, but the specific game module they are running on Android. You should report the specific game and time frame to support, don't just say 'the app is buggy.'

Honestly, stick to the browser version for now. The stability and video quality are noticeably better on the desktop site, even when accessed through mobile Safari or Chrome. The app seems to be lagging behind the platform's actual performance capabilities.

My experience has been similar. I spent ages trying to fix it myself, but I finally contacted bwin customer support and they asked me to send them my device model and Android version. They confirmed it was a known compatibility bug with certain older Android builds, and they promised an update patch within the next week. Always talk to support before assuming it's just you.

I already tried checking my network settings and even reset my router. It didn't help at all. The lag seems internal to the app, regardless of how fast my internet connection is.

It's a pain, but try using the app only on a stable Wi-Fi network, and avoid using it while traveling or on public hotspots. I found that if I pre-downloaded a stable connection, the drops were much less frequent. It's a temporary workaround until they fix it.

I agree with the browser suggestion. It's just more reliable right now. Until they push a proper fix, I'm sticking to the website.
