I've been trying to access my account using the mobile website and the dedicated app, but I keep getting an authentication error. I've reset my password twice now, and I'm using the latest version of Chrome on an Android device. It seems like the login credentials are correct, but the system just rejects them. Has anyone else experienced this specific login failure recently? I need to check my loyalty points before my visit tomorrow.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache completely? Sometimes old cookies mess up the authentication process, even if you reset the password.

I had the exact same problem last month. It wasn't my credentials. It was an IP block they had on my account for some reason. I had to call customer support and have them manually lift the restriction. They were very helpful, so I recommend calling them directly instead of just relying on the app.

Did you check if there are any required operating system updates for Android? Sometimes the app fails to connect if the phone's OS is too old, even if the app itself says it's the latest version.

I think the problem might be related to two-factor authentication. Even if you reset the password, if 2FA is enabled, you might be entering the wrong code or the system might be rejecting the code because of a time sync issue on your device. Check your time settings!

Call them. Seriously. Don't just keep trying to log in. They can check the status of your account credentials on their end and tell you if there's a system outage or if your account is flagged.

My experience was that the issue was a VPN conflict. I was using a VPN to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the Cafecasino system flagged the location change as suspicious, locking me out. Try disabling any VPNs or proxies you might be running.
