Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my Planet7 dashboard but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are invalid. I've reset my password twice now, and I'm sure I'm typing it correctly. Has anyone else run into this specific login issue recently? I'm worried if there's a server-side problem or if I'm missing a step in the process. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first. That often solves weird credential errors.

Did you try logging in using a different browser entirely, like Edge if you're on Chrome? Sometimes browser extensions interfere with the login script. It's a common glitch, unfortunately.

Check for Caps Lock. Seriously. It's the simplest thing, but it happens to everyone.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out my company's VPN was blocking the authentication handshake. You might need to try logging in while disconnected from the VPN, or check with your IT department to see if they have whitelisted the Planet7 domain. This is a known network-level problem, not an account problem.

Maybe the issue is with the email address associated with the account, not the password itself. Double-check that the primary email linked to Planet7 is correct and active.

I think you should contact Planet7 support directly. They can check the server logs on their end to see why your credentials are being rejected. It's probably something they need to see.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. My login failed until I bypassed the corporate firewall entirely. It's frustrating but effective.

Wait, did you check if your organization has upgraded their SSO provider recently? Sometimes the transition period causes temporary login failures for users. Check internal comms for any announcements.

Regarding the cache clearing, I did that, and it didn't help. I'm now going to try a completely different device, like my phone's browser, just to rule out a local machine conflict.

If all else fails, try using the 'Forgot Username' flow instead of just the password reset. Sometimes the system needs a nudge to confirm your identity through a secondary method.

The VPN advice is solid. My issue was 100% network related. Don't spend hours troubleshooting your password when it's just the network.

Have you confirmed that the account hasn't been locked out due to too many failed attempts? Some systems automatically lock accounts after three or four incorrect tries for security reasons. You might need to wait 30 minutes.
