I finally decided to give Royal Ace Casino a try last week, mainly because of the welcome bonus they advertised. I played a few rounds on the slot machines and had a decent win, so I went ahead and requested a withdrawal of about $150. It took significantly longer than I expected, maybe three business days, and I had to send multiple emails to customer support to get an update. Has anyone else had trouble getting funds out? I'm worried about the minimum withdrawal time or if there are hidden fees I should be aware of. Any tips on speeding up the process would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it's slow. Be patient.

I had a similar experience. Mine took nearly a week. I think they just make it difficult to discourage big wins. You really need to check their terms and conditions regarding withdrawal velocity and KYC requirements. Also, make sure you are using the recommended payment method, as sometimes linking a different bank account can trigger extra manual verification steps. I recommend submitting all necessary ID documents proactively, even if they don't ask for them initially. It speeds things up immensely.

Use e-wallets.

I found that if you request smaller withdrawals, the process is much smoother. When I tried pulling out $300, it stalled for days. When I pulled out $50, it was processed within 24 hours. Maybe try breaking up your requests? It's a strange system, but it seems to work for me.

Are you sure it's the casino's fault? Maybe your bank is holding the funds? Check with them first.

>> User (The original poster) - Did you try contacting support via live chat first, before sending multiple emails? Sometimes the chat agent can manually push the request through faster than the ticketing system. Also, remember that sometimes the delay isn't the casino, but the payment processor itself. Give it a little more time after the initial processing confirmation.

They definitely hit you with a minimum withdrawal time. It's a known issue here.

My advice: only withdraw money you can afford to wait for. It's frustrating, but it's part of the game.

I disagree. I withdrew $400 last month and it hit my card in under 48 hours. Maybe you just picked a bad time to withdraw? It really depends on the day of the week and the volume of transactions they are handling.

Be careful about the bonus requirements. Sometimes the 'hidden fee' isn't a fee at all, but the requirement that you must play through the entire bonus amount before withdrawing. Read the fine print!

Has anyone found a reliable alternative casino? Royal Ace seems sketchy.

I had the same issue. I think they are intentionally slowing down withdrawals to make you deposit more money to cover the 'delay.' Stick to the rules and don't get tempted by the next bonus.

I think the issue is with the verification process. Make sure your name and details match exactly what you used when signing up. Any mismatch, and they will halt the withdrawal until it is corrected, which takes forever.
