Does anyone know how to maximize the Starvegas bonus points?

I'm really enjoying the new update and the survival mechanics, but I'm completely confused about the 'Starvegas bonus' system. I read a few different guides, and they contradict each other regarding whether the bonus resets daily or if it accumulates over a week. Specifically, if I focus on crafting certain high-tier items, does that give me a permanent boost, or is it just a temporary multiplier for the next few hours? I've been spending hours farming resources just to hit the bonus threshold, but I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time on an outdated strategy. Any experienced players who have optimized this system would be hugely appreciated!

It definitely resets daily. Don't waste time farming for a weekly accumulation if you're just trying to hit the daily cap.

I found that focusing on the specific resource nodes, not just crafting, was key. The bonus multiplier increases exponentially when you gather materials from the 'Crimson Vein' biome. It's not about the item tier, it's about the source.

Short answer: It's temporary. The multiplier lasts for 4 hours after you hit the threshold. You need to plan your high-tier crafting sessions around the peak time.

I disagree with the daily reset theory. I ran a test over a full week, and the bonus clearly accumulates. You just need to hit the 'Mega-Craft' threshold every 48 hours to keep the compounding effect going. Check the in-game log for the exact decay rate.

Seriously, check the official developer wiki. They detailed the accumulation cycle last month. It's a combination of daily reset AND weekly accumulation, but you have to maintain a minimum activity level to keep the weekly counter ticking.

The best strategy is to craft the 'Aether Core' item. It gives a permanent, small boost that stacks with the temporary multiplier. It's worth the initial resource sink.

Reply to the user who said it resets daily: Are you sure? I was running a bot script that tracked the bonus decay, and it was clearly showing a cumulative graph, not a sharp daily drop. Maybe your client is outdated?

Just stick to the high-tier crafting, but don't overthink the cycle. The game rewards consistent effort, not perfect optimization. Good luck out there!

I think the key is the crafting station itself. Upgrading the station increases the base multiplier, regardless of the bonus points. That's where you should spend your initial resources.

I found a guide that suggests combining the 'Crimson Vein' gathering with the 'Aether Core' crafting. Doing both within a 30-minute window maximizes the temporary boost and keeps the weekly accumulation strong. It's a timed rotation.
