I've been trying to access my account on the mrvegas platform for the last hour, but I keep getting an error message saying my credentials are incorrect. I am absolutely sure I am using the right username and password, and I even tried resetting it twice. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I need to check my balance and book a table for this weekend. Any advice on whether I should contact support directly or if there's a known glitch right now would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often fixes weird login glitches.

I had this exact problem last month. It turned out the platform was doing maintenance and temporarily locked accounts. You might want to wait an hour or two before trying again.

Check if there's a VPN running. Sometimes IP restrictions can cause authentication errors, even if your credentials are perfect.

Seriously, try a different device. If you're on a mobile app, try logging in via the desktop site, and vice versa. It isolates the problem quickly.

I think you need to call support directly. Don't rely on the automated reset function if it's failing twice. They can manually verify your identity and unlock the account for you.

Did you check if the site is down for everyone? There's a status checker tool online you can use to see if mrvegas is experiencing a known outage.

Reply to the user who suggested clearing cache: Yes, I did that already, and it didn't help. I'm using Chrome and I cleared everything. It's definitely not a local browser issue.

If you are using a corporate network or school Wi-Fi, they might be blocking certain login protocols. Try connecting using your home internet instead.

It's possible your account was flagged for suspicious activity. Sometimes after multiple failed attempts, the system locks you out as a security measure. You may need to wait 24 hours.

I agree with the suggestion to call support. They are the only ones who can see the specific error code you are receiving. Don't just keep guessing passwords.

Wait, are you sure the platform hasn't updated its security requirements? Sometimes they force users to update their profile details before login is permitted.

reply to the user who suggested calling support: I tried calling them, and I was on hold for over an hour, and they just told me to try resetting it again. This platform support is terrible.

My advice: Use the 'Forgot Username' link instead of just resetting the password. Sometimes the username itself is the issue, and that link can help confirm it.

If all else fails, try accessing the site using an Incognito/Private browsing window. This bypasses most stored cookies and extensions, which can sometimes interfere with the login script.

I had a similar issue, and it was because I had two different accounts linked to the same email address. Make sure you are logging into the specific account you intend to use.
