Hi everyone, I've been trying to log in for the past hour and I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are incorrect. I'm absolutely sure I'm using the right username and password, and I've tried resetting my password twice already. Has anyone else run into this specific issue lately? I'm on a desktop browser, and I've tried clearing my cache and cookies just in case that was the problem. Any advice on what I should try next would be greatly appreciated before I have to call customer support.

Have you checked if your browser has any specific security extensions running? Sometimes ad blockers or VPN extensions can interfere with the login script, even if you cleared the cache. Try disabling all extensions and testing again. If that works, you know which extension is the culprit. If it still fails, the issue is likely on Ladbrokes' end, and you should prepare to call them. Also, make sure you are logged into the correct domain (ladbrokes.com, not a mirror site).

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out my account had been temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts from a specific IP address. It wasn't a credential issue, but an anti-bot measure. You usually have to wait 24 hours or contact support to have them manually lift the block. Don't keep trying to guess the password, as that just resets the timer.

Wait, did you check if you are using the correct keyboard layout? Sometimes if your system language is set to something different, the characters you type for the password won't match what the site expects, even if you are physically typing the right keys. This is a sneaky one. Try switching your keyboard layout temporarily just to test the login.

If clearing cache and cookies didn't work, the problem might be related to your network or IP address. If you are on a corporate or shared network, they might be blocking certain login patterns. Try using your phone's data connection (not Wi-Fi) just for the login attempt. If that works, the issue is definitely your home network setup. Also, remember that sometimes the 'reset password' function only resets the password, but if the account was flagged for suspicious activity, the system might still prevent login until a human agent verifies your identity.

I found that switching from Chrome to Firefox solved my issue entirely. It was a weird browser-specific glitch. It's always worth trying a completely different, modern browser like Edge or Safari just to rule out browser compatibility problems. Also, if you are using a VPN, please disconnect it before attempting to log in.

Please be careful about what you read here. Do not trust any third-party 'account recovery' tools found online. These are almost always scams designed to steal your credentials or money. The only legitimate way to resolve a persistent login issue is through Ladbrokes' official support channels. If they say your account is suspended, they will tell you why and what steps you must take to reactivate it.

Check if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. If you recently changed your phone number or email, the system might be expecting a code that you can no longer receive, causing the login to fail with a generic 'incorrect credentials' message. Make sure you have access to the recovery methods listed on your account.

Okay, here is the comprehensive plan: 1. Try the mobile app first, as it uses different authentication protocols than the desktop site. 2. If the app fails, use a completely different browser (e.g., if you use Chrome, use Safari). 3. If all else fails, gather all your identifying information (ID number, original email, etc.) and prepare to call customer support. Do not just give them your username and password; be ready to prove you are the account owner.
