Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on Ladbrokes today to place some bets, but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are incorrect. I've checked my email multiple times and I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I even tried the 'forgot password' link, but it hasn't helped me regain access. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently, or is there a specific troubleshooting step I should be following? Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first. Sometimes old data interferes with login processes, even if your credentials are correct.

It sounds frustrating. Have you checked if Ladbrokes is experiencing any known server outages? Sometimes the issue isn't your credentials, but the site itself. Also, ensure your Caps Lock key isn't accidentally on.

I had this exact issue last month. I ended up calling their dedicated customer support line. They verified my account details over the phone and reset my login credentials manually. It was the fastest solution.

Short answer: Contact support directly. Don't rely solely on the 'forgot password' link if it's failing.

Did you try logging in using a completely different device, like a mobile phone or a different computer? Sometimes the issue is related to the specific IP address or browser settings on your main machine. If nothing works, calling them remains your best bet.

I think it might be a geographical restriction or a temporary account flag. You need to talk to a human agent. They can tell you if there's an issue on their end.

I agree with the previous poster. Calling them is key. I spent ages going through the automated password reset system, and it just kept looping me back to the same error page. I saved time by calling them instead.

Make sure you are using the official Ladbrokes website URL. Sometimes phishing sites or cached bad links can cause these credential errors. Double-check the address bar before you type anything.

Has anyone else found that using an incognito or private browsing window resolves this? It bypasses most of the stored cookies and extensions that might be causing conflicts with the login script.

The support line is definitely the way to go. I spoke to them, and they found that my account had been temporarily locked due to too many failed login attempts from my location. They unlocked it immediately. Good luck!
