I've been trying to use the Drake Casino app for the last week, but every time I try to log in, it just gives me a generic error message and then crashes. I've already cleared my cache and reinstalled the app twice, so I'm not sure if it's a device issue or something with the app itself. Has anyone else experienced this specific login failure, especially if you're using an older Android model? I'm worried I'm missing a simple setting change that could fix it, because I really want to play the slots section.

Me too. It keeps crashing right after entering the password. I'm on a Samsung S20.

Did you check if there's a specific required Android OS version? Sometimes these apps drop support for older models, even if they say they are compatible. I saw a Reddit thread suggesting that the app might be outdated and needs a forced update from the developer side.

Try using the web browser version instead. It's much more stable than the app seems to be right now. I logged in fine via Chrome this morning.

The problem isn't the app, it's my network. I switched from Wi-Fi to my mobile data carrier and it worked instantly. It was a DNS issue, I think.

I think it's a known bug. I found a thread saying you need to manually clear the app's data storage, not just the cache. Be careful, though, as that might log you out completely.

I'm using a Pixel 5 and I'm getting the same generic error. Has anyone contacted customer support directly? Maybe they can reset my account credentials manually.

Are you sure your login details are correct? Sometimes the error message is misleading. Double-check your username and password on a different device just to be sure.

Replying to the Pixel 5 user: Yes, I also tried contacting support, and they just told me to clear the cache. It was useless. I think the problem is on their end, not ours.

I managed to get it working by uninstalling the app completely, rebooting my phone, and then reinstalling it. It was a simple system conflict, I swear.

Did you check for any pending operating system updates? Sometimes the app simply won't talk to the OS until the phone is fully updated.

I had the same issue last month. They fixed it with an emergency patch update. Keep an eye on the Google Play Store for any 'Update Available' prompts. That's usually the fix.

The web version is definitely the way to go until they patch the app. It's faster and doesn't require all these troubleshooting steps. Just use the browser.
