I've been trying to access my Bovado dashboard for the last hour, but every time I enter my credentials, I get a generic error message. I've double-checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I'm using the correct details. I even tried the 'Forgot Password' link, but the email reset process seems stuck in a loop. Has anyone else run into this specific login issue recently? I need to check some reports and I'm worried there might be a system outage or a specific step I'm missing.

I ran into this exact issue last month. It wasn't a system outage, but my ISP was having intermittent routing problems, which messed up the secure connection handshake. Try clearing your DNS cache on your router, or even restarting the router completely. Sometimes the issue is local network related, not the website itself. If the password reset loop persists, it strongly suggests that the email address associated with your account is flagged or temporarily suspended on their end. You might need to submit a formal support ticket with proof of identity (like a photo of an ID) rather than relying on the automated link. This bypasses the loop and gets a human to manually verify your account status. Don't keep hitting the reset button, as that might be what is causing the loop.

I agree with the cache idea, but specifically, I recommend clearing the browser cache and cookies for *only* the Bovado domain. Sometimes clearing everything makes the site think you are a brand new user, which can cause authentication glitches. If that fails, try using a VPN just to rule out IP blocking by your network provider.
