I've been trying to log into my rewards portal all morning, and it keeps giving me an authentication error. I remember using the direct link provided in the welcome email, but now it seems like I need a different set of credentials or maybe the system changed something. Has anyone else noticed that the 'casino rewards login' page is acting up? I've checked my password multiple times and I'm sure it's correct. Any advice on who I should contact or if there's a specific troubleshooting step I'm missing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I think the issue is with the direct link. They probably updated the URL structure. Try navigating to the main casino homepage first, and then clicking the 'Rewards' link from there, instead of using the email link.

I tried everything you suggested - cache, different browsers, incognito mode - and it still fails. I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning and try again. Hopefully, it's a temporary server overload.
