I've been trying to access my account on Vegas X for the last two days, and I keep running into an error message. It says my credentials are invalid, but I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password that I set up months ago. I already tried the 'forgot password' link multiple times, but the reset email never arrives in my inbox, even after checking the spam folder. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? I really want to play tonight, so any advice on troubleshooting this connection or account issue would be hugely appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes the site remembers old, incorrect data.

It's definitely a known glitch. Many users reported this last week. Try using a different device, like your phone, just to rule out a local network issue.

Did you check if the casino has updated its security protocols? Sometimes a major update can temporarily mess up login credentials for existing users. Contact their live chat support directly; don't rely solely on the automated password reset.

Maybe your account is flagged for suspicious activity? Call customer support and ask them to manually verify your identity. They might need to confirm details other than your password.

Check your email spam folder again. Sometimes the reset link gets filtered into a secondary folder that isn't the main spam directory.

I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out I was using an old username associated with a different account I made years ago. They needed to manually link the two profiles.

I think the problem is with the server side. It's probably a temporary outage, not an account issue. Just wait a few hours and try again.

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. I used Chrome and it worked instantly after I just switched to Safari. Browser compatibility can be a huge headache.

Please do not try to brute force your way in. That will lock your account permanently. Stick to the official support channels.

I agree with the cache suggestion. I cleared everything and it fixed it immediately. It's always the simplest fix.

Have you confirmed that your email address linked to the account hasn't changed? Sometimes the system thinks you are trying to reset it to a non-existent email.

If none of the above works, you need to escalate this. Ask for a supervisor or a dedicated technical support line. Don't just talk to the general help bot.

My advice is to stop trying for today. Take a break, and try again tomorrow morning when the system load is usually lower. Good luck!

I tried using a VPN just to change my apparent location. It seems like the geo-IP check might be failing for some users. Worth a shot.

The support chat was useless to me. They just kept telling me to reset the password. I had to submit a formal ticket and wait 24 hours for a human agent to review my case. It was frustrating but effective.
