I've been trying to access my Gala Casino account for the past hour, but I keep running into an error message. It just says 'Invalid credentials' even though I am absolutely sure I am entering the correct username and password. I have tried using the 'Forgot Password' link multiple times, but the reset email never seems to arrive in my inbox or spam folder. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I had the exact same problem last week. Turns out, I was using a capital letter when I thought I was using a lowercase one. Passwords are case sensitive, so double-check that.

I agree with the cache suggestion. I cleared everything and it worked immediately. It was probably just a corrupted session cookie.
