Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on the mybookie app, but I keep getting an error message saying 'Invalid credentials' even though I am positive I am using the correct username and password. I have tried resetting my password twice now, and I even cleared my app cache and reinstalled the application, but the problem persists. Has anyone else run into this specific login issue recently? I'm worried I might be locked out of my account until I figure out what's wrong. Any advice on whether this is a known server issue or if I need to contact support directly would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I had this exact issue last week. It turned out to be a server glitch on their end. Just wait an hour or two and try again.

Did you try using a different device? Sometimes the issue is localized to the specific phone or browser you are using. I logged in successfully after switching from my tablet to my phone.

It's definitely a known issue. Their API seems to be having trouble validating credentials right now. You really need to contact their dedicated support line, don't just rely on the in-app chat.

Check your keyboard settings. Sometimes an accidental character or an invisible space gets entered, making it look like the correct credentials but failing the login.

I recommend clearing the cache for your entire phone, not just the app cache. Sometimes system-level data conflicts can cause these kinds of authentication failures. Good luck!

Seriously, try logging in via their official website instead of the app. If the web portal works, it confirms the problem is solely with the mobile application itself.

I think you might be getting flagged for too many failed attempts. Try waiting 24 hours and then attempting the login again. That usually resets the temporary lockout.

I agree with the website suggestion. I found that the web login was instantaneous, and the app kept throwing the 'Invalid credentials' error. It was a clear app bug.

Did you check if there are any mandatory operating system updates pending? Sometimes older OS versions conflict with the latest app updates and cause login loops.

Have you confirmed that your username isn't case-sensitive? Some platforms treat 'User' and 'user' as completely different inputs, which can be a common oversight.

You should definitely contact support, but when you do, ask them specifically if there are any known server maintenance windows or temporary authentication service outages. Don't just accept a generic troubleshooting script.

Wait, I just got this fixed. It was because I was using a VPN, and the app flagged the IP address as suspicious. Turn off the VPN and try again.

I think the issue might be related to your account status. Maybe there's a payment issue or a verification step you missed that is preventing login. Check your email for any alerts from mybookie.

This is frustrating. I tried everything you mentioned, including clearing the cache and using the website, but it still fails. I'm going to file a formal complaint with their customer service manager.

If all else fails, try logging in through a completely different network, like switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa. Network restrictions can sometimes mimic credential errors.

I hope it's just a temporary thing. Keep an eye on their official social media channels; they usually post maintenance alerts there before the main site does.
