I played last month. The UI is pretty clean, definitely better than some competitors. Withdrawals were quick, maybe 24 hours max.

Be careful about the bonuses they offer. The wagering requirements are brutal. Don't expect to withdraw big wins easily.

I agree with the slow support comment. I waited almost 48 hours for an email response regarding a bonus claim. Very disappointing service overall.

The mobile version is clunky. I had to use the desktop site on my phone, which was a pain. They need to optimize the mobile experience.

I think the withdrawal process is totally dependent on the method you use. If you use crypto, it's instant. If you use bank transfer, it takes time.

Overall, a solid 7/10. Good games, decent support, but the withdrawal minimums are a bit high. Just my two cents!
