I've been playing at Genesis Casino for about two months now and generally love the selection of slots and live dealer games. Has anyone tried contacting their head office directly? I found a number on a forum that seemed more reliable than the site's listed contact info. I spoke to someone who actually understood the process and gave me a timeline, which was much better than the automated support system. They mentioned that large withdrawals sometimes require manual verification, which adds extra time. I was told to provide my ID and proof of address again, even though I had done it before. It's annoying, but it seems to be the current protocol.

Reply to the user who suggested calling the head office: Seriously? I tried calling, and they just kept me on hold for forty minutes before disconnecting me. I think the phone number listed on the site is fake or outdated. Maybe try a different third-party contact source.
