Does anyone know if the Star Casino mobile app is stable or if I need a different browser?

I've been trying to get the Star Casino mobile app to work properly on my Android phone, but I keep running into freezing issues, especially during live dealer games. I downloaded it from the official site, but it seems to crash every time I try to make a deposit. Has anyone else had trouble with the latest version? I was hoping to use it for some weekend play, but I'm worried about connectivity or if the app itself is buggy. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing the app cache? That often fixes freezing issues on Android.

I had the exact same issue last month. It wasn't the app, though. My internet connection was fluctuating wildly, especially when I was trying to process the deposit. Make sure you are on a stable Wi-Fi network, or use a hardwired connection if possible.

Did you check if your Android OS is fully updated? Sometimes the casino apps stop supporting older versions, leading to crashes.

It's definitely buggy right now. I've been using a different platform's app and it runs smoother. Maybe wait a week for a patch.

I'm having trouble too. When I try to join the live dealer table, it just spins forever and then crashes. I think the server load is too high right now.

Are you sure you downloaded it from the official site? Sometimes third-party links give you a corrupted or outdated version.

I recommend checking the device requirements. Some of the new games might require a newer model phone to run without freezing.

I found that switching to the Chrome browser instead of the default browser fixed my deposit crashes. Give that a shot.

I agree with the cache advice. I cleared it and also restarted my phone, and the freezing stopped immediately. It was a simple fix.

Seriously, don't worry about the app itself. The issue is likely on their end. They need to optimize the live dealer streaming connection. It's frustrating when you're ready to play and the tech fails.

Has anyone tried using the desktop site on a mobile browser? Sometimes the dedicated app is the problem, and the mobile web version works better.

My experience was different. I played all weekend and it was perfectly stable. Maybe the issue is specific to the Android version you are running. Try testing it on a friend's phone if you can.

The only thing that worked for me was using a VPN. It bypassed what I suspect was a regional network block causing the connection drops and subsequent crashes.

I think the problem is definitely the deposit module. It seems like a separate piece of code that is incompatible with the latest Android security updates. You might need to wait for an official patch.

Just use a different browser. I swear by Firefox on my phone for these kinds of things. It handles the heavy graphics better than Chrome.

If you are getting crashes specifically during deposits, it could be a payment gateway issue, not an app stability issue. Contact customer support and ask them to verify the payment link on their side.

Don't worry about the app. Just try playing during off-peak hours, like early morning or late night. The system is probably overloaded during peak weekend times.

I found that if I disable background data usage for the casino app in my phone settings, the freezing stopped. It was consuming too much power in the background.
