I'm trying to plan a trip to the city and I keep seeing mentions of 'Mozart Kino' screenings online. I'm really interested in classical music cinema, but I'm confused because there are several different 'Kino' locations. Could someone confirm if the main downtown theater is the one hosting these special Mozart film showings? Also, if they are running a series, is there a dedicated website or phone number I should check for the full schedule and ticket prices? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated since I don't want to waste a whole day traveling to the wrong place.

It's definitely the downtown one. Check the official Kino website for the schedule.

I saw them last month. They were at the Kino Lumière, not the main downtown one. You need to check their specific page for 'Classical Cinema' events.

Oh, I was there last week! The Mozart screenings were fantastic. They are running a limited series, so definitely book tickets in advance. I found the schedule by searching 'Kino Mozart series' on Google; it led me to a dedicated ticketing page. It was a really immersive experience, and the seating was great. I recommend checking the dates for the last week of the month, as that's when they usually run the big classical features. It was worth the trip!

Which Kino are you referring to? There are three major theaters downtown, and they all host classical films sometimes.

Short answer: Yes, downtown. Just look for the 'Classical' section on their site. It's usually updated a week out.

I think you might be confused. The Mozart films are actually screened at the Opera House annex, which is adjacent to the Kino. They are separate entities, so check both websites just to be safe. I remember going last year and it was much more formal than the Kino setting.

Reply to the person who said it was the Opera House annex: Are you sure? My friend told me the Kino was partnering with the Opera House for this specific series, and the tickets were sold through the Kino box office. Maybe they moved the screening location for convenience.

They are usually listed under 'Special Events.' Don't worry about the other locations; the main one is the only one running this series right now.

I had a great time! I went last month. The tickets were quite expensive, but totally worth it for the quality of the film and the ambiance. I recommend calling the box office directly; they are the most reliable source for current pricing and availability.

Did anyone find a dedicated phone number? I'd rather not waste time wandering around.

The Lumière Kino is the one. Their website is the most accurate source. I checked the phone number, and they directed me back to the online ticketing portal, so stick to the website.

I heard they might be running a special marathon screening on a Saturday. Keep an eye on their social media pages, especially Instagram, as they post quick updates there before the main website.

I'd say check the local tourism board's website first. Sometimes they aggregate all the cultural event schedules, which might be easier than navigating multiple Kino sites.

Seriously, just search 'Mozart film screening Kino' and see what pops up. It usually takes you right to the current event listing. Good luck!

The downtown location is correct. But remember to check if the screening is part of a package deal with dinner at the restaurant next door; that's how I found out about the full schedule and cost.
