I just downloaded the Spin Palace app yesterday and I'm having a bit of trouble logging in. It keeps asking for my membership number, but I'm not sure if I should be using my physical card number or the account number from the website. I've tried resetting my password twice, but the system just gives me a generic error message. Has anyone successfully linked their existing membership account to the new app? I really want to use the rewards feature, but I'm stuck at the login screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I went through this exact issue last month. When the password reset fails, it usually means the system is flagging a mismatch between your registered email and your membership ID. Try using the 'Forgot Username' link instead of the password reset, and then use the resulting username to log in. If that fails, you absolutely need to call the store's dedicated support line and ask them to manually link your account for you. Do not keep trying to brute-force it, as that might lock your account further. It's frustrating, but calling is the fastest way around the generic error loop.

If the automated reset fails multiple times, it's highly likely the issue is on their server side, not yours. I recommend taking a screenshot of the error message and submitting it directly through the 'Contact Us' form on the main website. This gives them the necessary technical data to diagnose the problem quickly. If all else fails, visiting a physical location and having a staff member help you link it is always the foolproof backup plan.

I agree with the detailed advice above. The error message is almost certainly a server glitch. It's too complex an issue to solve with simple troubleshooting steps; they need to manually check the database connection between the physical membership record and the app profile.
