I just downloaded the Spin Palace app yesterday and I'm having a bit of trouble logging in. It keeps asking for my membership number, but I'm not sure if I should be using my physical card number or the account number from the website. I've tried resetting my password twice, but the system just gives me a generic error message. Has anyone successfully linked their existing membership account to the new app? I really want to use the rewards feature, but I'm stuck at the login screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You should definitely use the account number printed on the website confirmation email, not the physical card number. Those are two different identifiers.

I went through this exact issue last month. When the password reset fails, it usually means the system is flagging a mismatch between your registered email and your membership ID. Try using the 'Forgot Username' link instead of the password reset, and then use the resulting username to log in. If that fails, you absolutely need to call the store's dedicated support line and ask them to manually link your account for you. Do not keep trying to brute-force it, as that might lock your account further. It's frustrating, but calling is the fastest way around the generic error loop.

Welcome to the club. The app can be really finicky with linking old accounts. I found that logging into the desktop version of the site first, and then trying to open the app, sometimes forces a successful handshake between the two systems. Good luck!

Clear your app cache and try reinstalling it. Sometimes the app just holds onto old, corrupted login data.

To the OP: I think you need the account number from the website, as that's the primary identifier they use for digital linking. The physical card number is usually just for transaction verification, not account login.

If the automated reset fails multiple times, it's highly likely the issue is on their server side, not yours. I recommend taking a screenshot of the error message and submitting it directly through the 'Contact Us' form on the main website. This gives them the necessary technical data to diagnose the problem quickly. If all else fails, visiting a physical location and having a staff member help you link it is always the foolproof backup plan.

Did you try logging in via the web browser first, and then opening the app while still logged into the site? Sometimes the app needs to 'see' you are already authenticated on their platform.

Be careful not to enter personal details into any third-party linking apps you find online. Stick only to the official Spin Palace app and website.

I agree with the detailed advice above. The error message is almost certainly a server glitch. It's too complex an issue to solve with simple troubleshooting steps; they need to manually check the database connection between the physical membership record and the app profile.

Mine was a nightmare. I ended up calling the corporate number, and they had to verify my address and birthdate over the phone before they could manually push the account link to the app. It took 20 minutes, but it worked. Don't give up!

If the error persists after calling them, ask the representative if there is a specific 'troubleshooting code' they can give you to input into the app. Sometimes these codes bypass the standard login sequence.

Following up on the official advice: When you contact them, do you ask them if there is a specific ticket number I should reference, or do they just create a general support case? Knowing that might help me follow up later.
