My partner and I are planning a trip to Aruba next year and we are really focused on a high-end experience. We've been looking into a few options, and Prestige Aruba keeps coming up, but I'm also seeing recommendations for other luxury properties nearby. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out if the amenities and location at Prestige truly justify the price compared to its competitors. Does anyone who has stayed at Prestige or similar resorts have advice on kids' activities or dining options? We are traveling with two young children and want a place that feels both luxurious and family-friendly. Any detailed reviews would be greatly appreciated!

You should definitely check out Hyatt Regency Aruba. It's massive and has excellent kids' clubs that keep the little ones busy all day. It feels luxurious but is very family-oriented.

Prestige is beautiful, but sometimes the location feels a bit isolated. If you want more action and dining variety, maybe look at the resorts closer to Palm Beach.

For a truly high-end, secluded feel, consider the Marriott Aruba Surf Club. The service is impeccable, and they have great family suites. It's worth the extra cost for the peace and quiet.

Kids' activities are key. Prestige has a good splash park, but I found the dedicated kids' club at the Hilton Aruba Gorge View was more engaging for our ages (4 and 7).

I think the dining options at Prestige are a bit limited for a family with picky eaters. We spent a fortune on one night and felt restricted to a few choices.

Has anyone compared the room size at Prestige versus the Grand Kempinski? I'm worried about having enough space for two kids and two adults to spread out.

I agree with the Hilton recommendation. The staff there are fantastic with children, and the resort grounds are huge enough that you never feel crowded. It truly feels like a luxury escape.

Don't overlook the amenities at Prestige. The private beach access and the adults-only pool areas are incredible for couples wanting some downtime while the kids are occupied.

The cost difference between Prestige and the Hyatt is significant, but the overall experience level at Prestige seemed higher for us. The service really makes the difference.

The Marriott is great, but I heard the kids' club can be hit or miss depending on the season. Maybe call ahead and ask about their current programming.

Short answer: Hyatt Regency. Best balance of luxury, location, and family fun. You won't regret it.

If dining is your top priority, the resorts closer to the main strip offer more variety. You can walk out and find dozens of restaurants, which is a huge bonus with young kids.

We stayed at Prestige last year. The location is perfect for snorkeling, and the resort itself is gorgeous. Just book a suite, and you'll feel much more comfortable with the kids.

I think the Hilton's overall vibe is more relaxed. Prestige feels a little too 'polished' and less spontaneous for a family trip.

For a family trip, the sheer amount of space and activities at the Hyatt Regency makes it unbeatable. You can spend a whole day there and still feel like you're exploring a new place.

Check out the resort map for Prestige. They have a dedicated family zone which is really well-designed. It's a huge plus for young children.

Don't forget to ask about non-motorized water sports packages. Prestige offers some amazing deals for families that can save you a lot of money.

I found the service at the Marriott to be excellent, especially the concierge team who helped us book family excursions. They really went above and beyond.

If you want the best of both worlds - luxury and easy access to town - the Hyatt is your best bet. It's a little more central than Prestige.

Overall, Prestige is stunning, but if you are prioritizing a high volume of kid activities over pure aesthetics, the Hyatt or Hilton might suit your needs better.
