I've been playing at Ojo Casino for a few months now and generally love the selection of games they offer. However, I just made a withdrawal request for a decent amount, and it seems like the processing time is much longer than what was initially promised. I checked my account dashboard and it still says 'pending,' and I've tried contacting support twice without a clear answer. Is it possible that they have changed their payout policy or that there's a known delay right now? Any advice on how to speed this up would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I had that exact issue last month. It took forever.

Be careful. I heard they changed the withdrawal limits without telling anyone. You might be hitting a soft cap.

Try checking your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation or delay notice ends up there.

I waited 7 days. Nothing. Just contacted my bank directly to see if the funds were even initiated on their end. That worked.

Has anyone tried submitting a withdrawal via a different method? Like switching from e-wallet to bank transfer, or vice versa. Sometimes that resets the clock.

I think the support chat is useless. Just write a detailed, polite email to their official support address and CC a complaint forum.

Are you sure you used the correct payment details? A single typo can send it into limbo for weeks.

I agree with the previous poster. Don't just rely on the dashboard status. Always follow up with an actual ticket number and reference it.

My experience was that if you win a huge amount, they deliberately slow it down to discourage you from playing again. It's frustrating but seems common.

I waited 10 days and it cleared. It's really just a waiting game, unfortunately. Just keep checking back.

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. My withdrawal was processed in under 24 hours, and the support team was very helpful and proactive.

Maybe you need to wait until a weekday morning. Weekends seem to be when their processing slows down significantly. Give it until Monday.

I found that if you request a smaller amount first, then request the rest a few days later, it speeds up the whole process. It's a workaround, but it works.

Seriously, if they are delaying it, you need proof. Take screenshots of everything and mention in your complaint that you are escalating the issue to a payment dispute resolution service.

I think the issue might be with your bank's side. Sometimes they flag large incoming amounts as suspicious, and it causes the delay. Call them and ask if they see any pending transfers from Ojo.

The support team told me it was a 'manual review' and that it could take up to 14 business days. This was over a year ago, but it was accurate.

If you are concerned, consider opening an account with a different casino temporarily until your funds clear. Don't let this one issue ruin your enjoyment of the games.
