Hi everyone, I'm planning a trip and I've heard great things about the Bally casinos, but I'm having trouble mapping out the best options. I'm specifically trying to figure out which location is most convenient if I'm staying in the general Northeast area. Does anyone know if the one in Atlantic City is still the best bet, or are there newer or smaller locations that are just as good for general gaming? I'd appreciate any tips on which one has the best selection of slot machines and table games. Thanks in advance for the help!

Atlantic City is still the gold standard, hands down. You can't beat the variety of games and the sheer size of the property there.

If you are looking for something less crowded than AC, maybe check out the one in Washington D.C. It's surprisingly nice for a quick trip.

Seriously, AC is massive. Just make sure you check out the specific floor plan for the slot machines; some sections are much better than others.

I found a smaller spot near Philadelphia that was really fun. It had a great vibe and wasn't overwhelming like the big ones.

Are you planning on focusing solely on slots or do you prefer table games like blackjack and craps?

I think the DC location is perfect for a day trip. It's easy to get to and the gaming selection is solid without the huge crowds.

The Atlantic City location definitely has the most options. For slot machines, they have dedicated zones for every type of game imaginable.

Has anyone been to the newer Bally location in Baltimore? I heard it opened up a lot of new table game areas.

I agree with the AC recommendation. The sheer number of tables means you rarely have to wait long for a game to open up.

Don't overlook the smaller regional casinos. Sometimes they offer better customer service and a more intimate gaming experience than the mega-resorts.

If you are a serious slot player, AC is still your best bet. The payout options and machine variety are unmatched in the Northeast.

I was thinking of going to the Philadelphia one. Is it really worth the drive compared to staying in AC?

The Philly one is fine, but if you want the absolute best selection, you really need to go to Atlantic City. It's a different league entirely.

Short answer: AC. Long answer: AC has the best selection, but check Yelp reviews for the specific location you are closest to.

I prefer the smaller spots. The atmosphere is much better, and the staff feel more attentive. It's less intense than the big city casinos.

The DC location is super convenient if you are staying downtown. It's a solid choice for a quick gaming session without needing a whole weekend.

For table games, AC is unbeatable. They have dedicated rooms for craps, blackjack, and roulette that are huge and well-maintained.

I recommend looking at the opening hours. Some of the smaller locations close much earlier than the major resorts, which might affect your planning.

Totally agree with the OP. AC is the safest bet for maximum gaming variety, especially if you are unsure what you want to play. Just book your rooms early!
