I'm having a real issue with my account and I can't seem to get through to anyone. I've tried the contact page multiple times, but the forms seem to time out, and the phone number listed seems to be disconnected. I really need to speak to a representative about a recent withdrawal issue, as the funds haven't arrived by the expected date. Has anyone had better luck reaching them recently? Any advice on an alternative email or live chat option would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Try Twitter. They are surprisingly responsive sometimes. DM them your issue details.

I had the same trouble last month. I finally got through by calling a different number I found on a forum. It was a toll-free number, not the one on their main site. Good luck!

Honestly, just wait 48 hours. Sometimes the withdrawal processing is just delayed on their end, and calling them won't speed it up. Keep records of everything.

I agree with the toll-free number idea. I used that and they actually processed my query within an hour. It was a lifesaver. Has anyone else had success with the alternate email address? I'm thinking of trying that next.

The live chat option usually works best during peak hours, like early afternoon EST. Don't try it super early in the morning. It's a gamble, but worth a shot.

Seriously, check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation emails or support responses get filtered out by the provider. Don't assume they never sent anything.

I think the issue might be with the bank transfer itself, not Mr Bet. Did you check if your bank requires any specific documentation for international transfers? That was my problem last time.

Replying to the above: Yes, the alternate email worked for me. It was support-escalation@mrbet.com. It took them forever, but they finally acknowledged the issue and gave me a ticket number. You should definitely try it.

I'm going to try the social media route next. I've heard good things about their Instagram support team. It's less formal than email, which might be better for quick queries.

Don't waste too much time. If the funds are significantly overdue, you might need to consider filing a dispute with your payment method provider. It's a last resort, but sometimes necessary when platforms ignore you.
