Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my Boylesports account to check my recent order history, but I keep getting an error message saying my credentials are invalid. I'm absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password that I set up last month. I have already tried resetting my password twice using the 'Forgot Password' link, but the email never seems to arrive, or if it does, the link expires immediately. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I'm using a Chrome browser on a Windows 10 PC, so I've checked that the browser isn't the problem. Any advice on how to get back into my account would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies completely? Sometimes old data interferes with the login process, even if you think the browser isn't the issue.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Since the password reset link isn't arriving, the issue might be related to your email provider or Boylesports' server side. Could you check your spam/junk folder just in case?

Maybe try a different browser entirely, like Firefox or Edge. While Chrome is usually fine, sometimes specific site scripts conflict with certain browser versions. It's worth the five minutes.

I had this exact problem last year. I ended up calling their customer support line directly. They were able to verify my identity using my order number and manually reset my credentials. It's often faster than the automated system.

Did you check if Boylesports has a specific mobile app? Sometimes the web portal has glitches, but the dedicated app handles authentication differently and might let you through.

I tried calling them too, but they told me to wait 24 hours. It's annoying, but sometimes the system needs time to refresh. I hope that helps.

Wait, if you're getting 'invalid credentials' even when you know the password is right, it could be a capitalization issue. Passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing it out very slowly and carefully.

>> @User123: Calling them is definitely the best bet. If the automated system is failing, a human agent can bypass the glitch. Make sure you have your account number or billing address handy before you call.

It's possible the issue is on their end, not yours. If none of the troubleshooting steps work (cache clear, different browser, etc.), you really need to escalate this to customer support and ask them to check the backend logs for your account.

I'm using an older Windows 7 machine, and I had trouble too. Have you checked if Boylesports requires a specific minimum operating system version? Sometimes they update their security protocols and drop support for older platforms.

>> @User123: I agree with the call advice. I also had to call them. They found that my account was flagged for a security review, which was why the password reset emails were failing. It was a system glitch, not my fault.

Just try using a VPN. Sometimes geo-blocking or IP restrictions can cause login failures, especially if you travel or are on a restricted network.

If all else fails, try using the 'Guest Checkout' option if you just need to place an order. It won't help with history, but at least you can buy what you need in the meantime. Good luck!
